Woodlands Senior Care
Trusted local senior living experts. At no cost to families.

In-Depth Knowledge
We know the communities beyond what you can learn from a website or tour. Our team has personally visited and evaluated more than 200 local communities, reviewed inspection reports, and built relationships throughout the industry. Combined with our database's connection to the state's licensing system, we can help you explore every licensed option while providing the local insight needed to make a confident decision.

Match-Making Magic
Every family is different, and every community has its own strengths, culture, and personality. We've developed an ability to quickly identify which communities will "match" our client. By combining a deep understanding of both people and communities, we're able to make spot-on recommendations. The result is a more personal, more thoughtful match that goes far beyond a checklist of care needs.

Expert Guidance, Real Relief
We meet families during a season of extreme stress and emotion. They're worried about a loved one, faced with unfamiliar options, and need to make the right decision. Often, they don't know what they don't know. We bring clarity - helping families understand what's happening, what options exist, and what steps come next. What once felt overwhelming becomes manageable, and we help you find a clear path forward. Families frequently tell us that simply knowing they have us in their corner changes everything.

You Don't Have to
Navigate This Alone
Choosing a senior living community is one of the most important decisions a family will make. With hundreds of local options and significant differences in care, services, costs, and quality, it can be difficult to know where to begin, or what questions to ask.
Woodlands Senior Care helps families navigate these decisions with confidence. We take the time to understand each person's needs, explain the options, and narrow hundreds of local communities to the best-fit choices.
Since 2017, we have helped families make informed decisions through expert guidance, deep local knowledge, and a commitment to ethical, unbiased support. We personally know the communities we recommend, understand their strengths and limitations, and help families identify the right fit for their unique situation. We work with every licensed facility in the area, and our only driver is finding the right fit for our clients.
Expert senior living guidance. Local knowledge. Trusted support. At no cost to families.
Independent Living
Independent Living is ideal for active older adults who want the convenience of community living while maintaining their independence. Residents typically live in a private apartment, often with a full kitchen, and enjoy amenities such as meals, housekeeping, transportation, and social activities.
Independent Living communities are not licensed care facilities and cannot provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) or medication management. They are best suited for individuals who need little to no daily assistance but want a built-in support network and fewer responsibilities.
In our area, pricing typically starts around $3,000 per month.
Memory Care
Memory Care is a secured senior living environment designed for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive challenges. These communities offer specialized programming, trained staff, and structured routines to support safety, engagement, and quality of life.
Not everyone with a cognitive diagnosis needs Memory Care. Many individuals can thrive in other settings depending on their symptoms, abilities, and support needs. Memory Care communities vary significantly in size, environment, staffing, and care philosophy, making it important to find the right fit for each individual. In our area, pricing typically ranges from $5,000 to $10,000+ per month.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living is a licensed senior living option for individuals who need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication management, or other day-to-day tasks while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Residents live in a private or semi-private apartment and receive personalized support based on their needs for a fee. Admission requirements apply, and communities must be able to safely meet a resident's care needs. While many residents are able to age in place, a move to a higher level of care may become necessary if care needs exceed what the community can provide.
In our area, Assisted Living typically starts around $5,000 per month.
High-Need Care
Personal Care Homes often provide the most attentive and personalized care available for people with higher care needs. Typically small, licensed communities with 16 residents or fewer, operating in either a purpose-built care setting or a converted residential home. Rooms and bathrooms may be private or shared, depending on the community.
Smaller resident populations allow caregivers to know residents well, anticipate needs, and provide support that feels natural rather than scheduled. These communities can often accommodate residents through end of life, with hospice and other healthcare providers coming on-site to support continuity of care. In our area, pricing typically ranges from $4,000 to $7,000 per month.

How much does it cost?
Our services are FREE for seniors and their families.
Our guidance is always provided at no cost to seniors and their families because we are compensated by the senior living community you choose. We maintain standardized compensation agreements and never accept incentives, bonuses, or higher commissions to recommend one community over another—our only priority is helping you find the right fit for your unique needs.
Because our work involves significant time researching, educating, touring, and advocating on your behalf, we ask families to work exclusively with Woodlands Senior Care throughout the search process so we can fully invest in your success and protect the trusted relationships that benefit our clients.
